  1. Eligibility for Returns
  2. We accept returns under the following conditions:

    • The item is damaged, defective, or not as described.

    • The item is in its original packaging, with tags intact, and has not been used, worn, or altered.

    • The return request is initiated within 7 days of delivery for most products (specific items may have a different return window; please check the product page for details).

  3. Non-Returnable Items
  4. Certain items are not eligible for returns:

    • Perishable goods (e.g., groceries, flowers, or fresh foods).

    • Personal hygiene items (e.g., undergarments, razors, or cosmetics).

    • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page.

    • Digital products, services, or gift cards.

  5. Return Process
    1. Initiating a Return:
      • Log in to your Bymin account.

      • Go to the My Orders section and select the item you wish to return.

      • Click on Return/Replace and provide the reason for the return along with any required images for verification (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).

    2. Approval of Return:
      • Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will schedule a pickup or request you to ship the item back.

    3. Return Pickup:
      • A pickup will be arranged for eligible locations. Ensure the product is packed securely to avoid damage during transit.

      • In areas where pickup is unavailable, you may be required to ship the product to us. Shipping costs, if applicable, will be reimbursed as per our policy.

  6. Refund Policy
  7. Refunds are processed after the returned item passes our quality checks. Below are the refund methods:

    1. Original Payment Method:
      • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (e.g., credit/debit card, UPI, or wallet).

      • Processing time: within 7-10 business days.

    2. Store Credit
      • You can opt for a Bymin wallet credit for faster refunds Store credit can be used for future purchases.

    3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
      • Refunds for COD orders will be transferred to your registered bank account.

      • Alternatively, refunds can be issued as store credit upon providing the necessary bank details.

  8. Replacement Policy
    • If you wish to replace an item instead of returning it, the replacement request can be initiated under the My Orders section.

    • Replacements are subject to product availability. If unavailable, a refund will be initiated.

  9. Cancellations
    1. Order Cancellation:
      • You can cancel an order before it is shipped by visiting the My Orders section and selecting Cancel Order.

    2. Post-Shipment Cancellations:
      • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may initiate a return after delivery.

  10. Damaged or Missing Items
    • If you receive a damaged product or items are missing from your order, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery. Attach images and other relevant proof to expedite the resolution.
